III- Akin to pluripotent stem cell with multipotentiality

IV-Akin to  developing limb exposed to morphogen/growth factor gradient

V-Akin to developed limb, post-exposure to morphogen gradient

Pravritti (External activity/Karma, not the same as Karma-Yoga) and Nivritti (Internally directed meditation/Jnana Yoga, not the same as Jnana)

The meditative process is akin to the catalytic enzyme which overcomes the energy barrier via transition.

Since patterns in physical evolution directed outwards i.e. Pravritti follow the opposite direction in the same pathway as psychological evolution directed inwards i.e. Nivritti, I call evolution a Fractal development via phase transitions of vibratory energy reversibly to matter.

Fractal is not the way it looks, but the way it behaves.

Dealing with Cognitive Biases

A possible solution:

Question: What are the priors/assumptions whose lens via which you are interrogating truth?

Could not priors/assumptions of the mind be associated with cognitive bias?

Thus cannot the mind be stilled (via meditation processes) before one interrogates the truth?

This may lead to better thinking and more productive researchers and scientists.

Emergence of Agency/Mind

 The math of emergence of mind/agency involves fractals.

The physics of emergence of mind/agency involves phase transitions.

The chemistry of emergence of mind/agency involves interactions.

The biology of emergence of mind/agency involves organization.

Unmanifest-->PhaseTransition-->Manifest : Topology-->Phase Transition-->Geometry

 Brahman/Atman i.e. Unmanifest (universal/individualized underlying energy field) is analogous to topology. Even if the shape changes, properties are conserved.

 Mind/Agency (energy which manifests itself via interactions of vibrations leading to phase transitions) is analogous to Geometry . Properties such as size, shape, angles, dimensions which are not conserved on changing.

Unmanifest Brahman/Atman---->Phase Transition----> Manifest/Agency/Mind (Metaphysics)-Emergence of Agency in "organization" of products of interacting phase transitions. As ' organization dissolves ' Manifest becomes Unmanifest.

Topological properties----> Phase Transition----> Geometric properties (Physics/Mathematics)

The Relation between Stimulus and Subjective Experience

 The Relation between Encryption/Stimulus to Decryption/Subjective Experience.

If plasticity resides in the brain then one type of encryption/stimulus can result in many types of decoding/subjective experience by the brain. In this context the brain acts as a decoder/interpreter.

Thus, your subjective experience of interpreting a book will be "different" from my subjective experience of interpreting the sentences in a book. This interpretation will be partly dependent on my priors/preconceived notions as opposed to another human beings'. 

Avoiding Heat Death of the Universe

 Can the human race avoid heat death of the Universe by becoming an interplanetary civilization and sculpting the galactic atmosphere ?
