Experience
Experience. Meditation-Observer (self/atman/witness)-process of observation-that which is being observed (cogitating mind) becomes one (Resonance of lowest energy states=equilibrium). No splitting. Unity. Purity of the process=Signal over noise ( distraction) ratio. Purity of mind=One pointed focus/concentration with minimal distraction.
